Dropped a gold bracelet off for a small repair, very sentimental piece, as a small rivet came loose and was told £45 to get it soldered, thought it was a bit steep but it would be a good return for the quality of work. Sales advisors that served me we kind and well informed, woman that served me when I came to collect it a few days after the pick up time (1 week) was very polite and well mannered.I asked to see a scale to make sure the weight was the same as when I dropped it off, which I feel is a reasonable ask since it?s a precious metal and I?ve been warned of some places replacing links. An older gentleman came over with the scales and I waited for them to set to zero but it before he snapped ?you need to actually put it on the scale? and SNATCHED it out my hand. Horrible manners, could use some training.Now for the actual repair, I was left disappointed to be honest, solder is patchy on both sides and not been sanded down, clearly been rushed and one side has been left with a scratch below the rivet (first picture) please see pictures attached.

Went in on the off chance that they could reshape my wedding ring that had been in an accident and was very mis-shapen. They had a look and reshaped it before my eyes, with no charge! I was really impressed! Thank you

I have recently purchased a watch for my brother for his 18's birthday from this shop. Sadly, he did not like them and as it was his 18's I hoped that I might take these back to the shop, get a refund and get him something else. You know after COVID, I don't really have spare 100 pounds lying around. However, when I raised this with, what seemed to be the owner, he coldly said he does not do refunds and told me 'that customers of his shop read signs displayed on the walls' and shaming me 'why I have not asked myself'. His manners were very rude and arrogant. I settled on a gift card because I felt very uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to. All-in-all, I absolutely agree with fellow reviews on fantastic and very attentive sales advisors but note that THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS and if you ask for one you will be treated poorly.

Staff were very helpful.Went in to have a watch battery replaced and whilst they were unable to help, the jeweller was more than happy to point me in the direction of a specialist who could conduct the repair.Lovely little shop and will definitely visit again the next time we are visiting Dundee

This company has no faith in the products they sell. This is made perfectly evident by there no refund policy. The staff are very rude when a refund is requested and very confintational. They are clearly selling terrible quality items if they are not willing to accept them back. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.
