love their clothes, especially when they are on sale?, but the store has a bad habit of closing before the time that is advertised as of right it was only 16:45 and the store is closed, lights off and everything. eventhough the store is said to shut at 6, this is not the first time i have experienced this with this store. not happy.

I've had to order online for a 2 reasons:1. shop assistant lied to me that shoes I wish to buy aren't available in different colors. I've found online that suitable color is available online so I've had to travel back to return bought product.2. no jacket size requested was available in storeI've been advised that my order will be delivered on Saturday, 27th November between 06:31 and 17:00hrs. I've spent all day at home waiting for nothing as another message come in at 16:25 that my order, placed 25.11. will be delivered on Tuesday 1st December instead! Why you all are lying to your customers? Your service is just a disgrace, making people upset and I will never ever shop with you again.
