I have been using this pharmacy for while as it is close to my house. Unfortunately the guy at the counter is always appears to be confused and mis places and forgets the prescriptions almost every single time. I seriously think he should check himself for signs of dementia. Not a great service at all.

The single most appalling pharmacy I have ever had the immense displeasure of using. Incompetent and slow in the extreme. They never have the medications I require, even though they are the same every month. There's always some excuse or other, but ultimately, the medication is keeping me alive and these idiots can't manage to order in advance.

What a shambles of a place. The staff there are rude, incompetent and generally absolutely useless especially the guy wearing the black shirt. It's mistake after mistake in that place, a simple task which takes a normal member of society about 2 mins to complete takes that embarrassing lot about half an hour. They don't listen properly, they get flustered very easily and they lack common sense and decency and any form of good customer service.

The pharmacists take an incredibly long time to dispense medication. I was here with my sick daughter and they made me wait for close to half an hour for dispensing two medications. I can understand delays if the place is busy, but we were the only people in the pharmacy. We've faced many instances of absolutely unprofessional and unwarranted behaviour over the last few years. We can't avoid this place as it's the only pharmacy nearby.

Colin the male in the black shirt normally with a blue tie on ... Is the rudest most abrupt person in their . Its YOUR job to have prescriptions ready within a week . They get lost , they get stopped and withdrawn , all of this without the gps go ahead . Very disorganised hectic . Methadone dispensation prioritised over waiting customers . I hand in a script normally once a fortnight to avoid running out . The snide remarks from Colin saying "handing in prescriptions like there sweeties " and saying ohh what's this now when handed a dietry sheet from NHS Tayside. Definitely needs retraining and taken away from a public facing role.

The Male pharmacist is a joke, he makes mistakes every month on my monthly pick up, he blames the doctors or anything but the truth about him being wrong time after time, he even told me the doctor stopped my antidepressant, so I called the doctor who told me the pharmacist got the repeat on Friday and all my items were cleared by my doctor, he even said that my antidepressant had been scanned in the chemist at 3_57,,so I called the pharmacist back up and he still said they had nothing, so I told him the doctor said you have had it since Friday and you just scanned it, he then checked and knew I was correct, no apology, no explanation however that man is a farce of a pharmacist, well past caring, he goes out of his way to be snide, he should go out of his way to find out why there are so many errors under his command, my doctor knew more about his prescriptions than he does and he is getting worse, very disappointed about being lied to about a very important part of my medication, very very poor service all round a true basil fawlty like pharmacist.

I?m diabetic and receive weekly medication but on Friday I was giving medication that?s loaded with sugar I?ve just realised why I have hyperglycaemia just not good enough by any stretch of the imagination

Disorganised chemist. Every time I go in they are trying to find prescriptions, usually ones that were handed in a week ago. If you cannot have a prescription ready after a week then you are not an organised chemist. The priority of this chemist is methadone dispensing - they prioritise that over any other customers.
