I bought a Mazda CX3 from Adrian at Richard Lawson and it was a great experience including the car being delivered to my home. Unfortunately a fault developed, and this is where Daniella came into her own and went above and beyond to have it rectified. Most garages don?t want to know once the sale is complete, however Daniella?s customer service was truly excellent. I am very pleased with the overall service received and would absolutely recommend Richard Lawson for any used car needs.

Absolutely outstanding customer service!! I have been buying cars from dealerships for almost forty years, yet never have I had such a fabulous seamless experience. The salesperson, Graeme MacDonald, was professional, polite, and friendly with absolutely no pressure to sell, which was lovely. Communication was excellent from point of sale to delivery, and the team went above and beyond to have the new car ready for me ahead of time. I could not recommend more highly. I found autoecosse through a friend who recommended them as I was wary going into a garage as a solo female. This team could not have been better, friendly staff, very quick turnaround (I needed new glow plugs) and cheaper than I thought. The 2 ladies I spoke to were chatty, happy to advise on certain things I was asking especially around changing our car in the new year and offering some support with it. So happy I've now booked my MOT with them for when it's due. Excellent service!

Just purchased a gorgeous Range Rover Evoque from Graeme. Graeme was so good and put my wife?s and my mind at ease in every way possible. He sent regular updates videos and photos which was amazing! Overall I couldn?t recommend them highly enough?? quite literally the best car buying experience I?ve ever had and will definitely return to them when it?s time to upgrade again. My car was delivered to Richard Lawson's Autoecosse Burrelton by the AA with a failed turbo charger.They started off well promising to repair it, providing a courtesy car in the meantime.7 months later I have my car back. In the 7 months I have had no communication from the garage. I've had to go in person to ask for updates on my car repair. Each time a new employee dealt with my enquiry. Each time I was told that the previous employee had left eg Keith and then Lee. They even told me my car belonged to them and they had bought it from me! Meantime, I had to buy another car as I was without mine for 7 months and they asked for their courtesy car back. I finally got it back after persistent request for updates and many visits and alot of distress. And I made sure to test drive it before I paid. After 5 days since I took my car back into my possession they have been asking neighbours what car belongs to me and have tampered with my cars and have barricaded my car in so that I cannot use it. I waited 7 months for a repair and they can't wait 7 days for payment? A bunch of conmen. Be very aware of what you're dealing with here. There is no legitimate practices with this bunch and We shall see what happens next!

Very friendly service and very efficient, did everything I had booked promptly and without issue. The front desk was excellent and even gave me a courtesy car when there was extra work needing done.
