Karen was the only stylist who booked me in after I explained I'd be bringing along my toddler. She used her incredible insight and expertise and cut my hair amazingly. She went an extra mile to accommodate and comfort my little girl, and cut my hair while she stayed close to me. I visited Dawn at Priceless Beauty within Retro Hair Salon and loved the decor and treatments. I have had gel nails done, and a lash lift and tint and Dawn was professional and explained things at all times. Her Covid-19 precautions are spot-on. The salon is up 2 flights of stairs so may not suit all customers, but I will definitely return

Cannot say enough good things. Karen cut my exacting teenage alt-girl daughter?s hair. Karen listens, she talks through what she?s doing as she does it, she suggests, but gently, she?s incredibly responsive. She?s an incredible stylist and a wonderful human. My girl, being a shy teen, waited until we got home to say ?mum there?s just one thing??. I called Karen and she was completely unfazed, just said come straight back. 20 minutes of attentive perfecting later, and my girl is so happy she is still preening and chattering excitedly. She?s over the moon. We live in Guildford, but I can see her waiting till we come back here for visits to get her hair cut! And I wouldn?t blame her at all ???Service: Hairstyling
