I was going in primark with my friends and I was tying my shoe lace, a security guard started following me and my friends around like we were doing something wrong. We were just going around looking for stuff, were 14 years old, I feel a wee bit creeped out.

I did not shop there myself, but the grandchild did, so this is really her experience. She says it was great, that it had most of the stuff she wanted but apparently, not everything. The were a couple of items she had not thought of prior to going in that she bought, but now she is planning a trip to Aberdeen to see if they have the last few items she is looking for. Of course, it is us that act as taxi drivers and help with the money!

Excellent store and great price . Picked up a few bits we needed that we hadn't brought on our trip. The young lady on the till gave great customer service. Very polite and welcoming.

I was buying a t-shirt, got a little confused because they now had self check-outs, fiddled about with the check-out unsure about the bags because I missed the paper bags and only saw canvas bags next to the check-out.
After a relative told me that there was a staff hovering around pretending to be tidying, clearly eyeing me in case I was stealing.
I was needing a little help and got none, instead I get treated like a crook.

Always find this primark quite rubbish for choices. Compared to things i see on social media in other primarks but is okay

Good selection of clothes, prices and very helpful staff. Easy access, lifts and lowered counter for disabled to pay for goods. Still same as last review. Disabled counter is right at the end, so if you use a wheelchair you don't have to queue and get stuck behind others or struggle to get to a cashier.
