I caught my bracelet on the radiator and after contacting Pretty Fly Workshop, I popped in to see if it could be repaired. They fixed it on the spot and were so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough and the shop has lots of gorgeous goods as well as jewellery. Thank you so much ??
