Was my first time sending out a parcel within the UK and Aruni was extremely helpful during the process. She happily explained all the steps and options for speed of delivery/tracking, and went out of her way to label and tape my parcel bag for me (maybe it's to not keep other customers waiting haha! jk). Convenient and quick trip because of the friendly and helpful bunch!

I went in yesterday afternoon of 7 July 2025 with some letters for posting. I needed advice about through which process to have them delivered. I was provided with excellent and patient advice from staff therein and at no time did I feel pressurised in making any particular decision. I shall certainly return here.

I have been in for collections, returns and drop-off services. All the staff always have smile on their faces, they are super friendly, helpful and efficient. The shop is small but it's organised and well-maintained.
