Dreadful post office staff, don't know what they're doing! Make mistake, then tried to blame me then try to blame the shop for being busy... hopeless! always long queue

Went to pick up a Royal Mail parcel sent from BT. They retrieved my parcel, but said I had to pay 70p before they'd hand it over. Asked why and they said it was due to the "collection service". Didnt have much to go on so just paid it and left.When I got home, immediately noticed "no fee payable" denoted on the collection label. See attached picture.Seems pretty clear at this point they weren't supposed to charge me a penny. Sure 70p isn't a lot, but it's the principle that counts. If they're willing to rip off a customer who's just collecting a package, what else are they capable of?My advice? Do not use this post office for anything, least of all for parcel collections.

Robbing bast*rds.Deliberately don't give you the multibuy deal prices and charge you full price.Clearly pocketing the money.
