Decent customer service but Fitted bushes the wrong way round and used washers to try make them fit correctly, plus installed break hose incorrectly, take a while to get things done as they seem to be always overbooked

Have had troubles with my van for about a year. These guys sorted them all out in just over a day. Excellent service and also really tolerant of my lack of mechanical knowledge. Took time to explain what they had fixed and what had been causing the problems.

I cannot emphasise enough how grateful I am to Mike! On arriving in Dundee, my car broke down, and Mike was the only one willing to take it on the same day. He quickly assessed the situation, considering the newness of my car, and suggested contacting Citroen directly for assistance. His advice was invaluable, and I was recommending I can get the repair done under warranty since the car was under three years old.During the entire process, Mike showed remarkable patience, assuring us not to worry and making our stay in Dundee enjoyable despite the unexpected car trouble. His wealth of knowledge and valuable advice made a significant difference.What truly sets Mike apart is that he went above and beyond by lending us his own car without any extra charges for three weeks! Superb service from start to finish! Took my van to these guys in an emergency as they were the closest garage and they got it sorted quickly and very reasonably! Have since returned with my van and car to have all services, MOTs and maintenance carried out! I?m self employed and they?re always happy to offer me an afternoon appointment and they?ve never taken more than 2 days to fix the issue! Can?t recommend Pilot Garage highly enough ???Services: Transmission

I paid £120 to have an AC compressor fitted and apparently Pilot Garage didn't even bother to check if it's working or not after they fitted it, even though they told me that it should work just fine, because when I took my car to another garage to get the AC re-gassed a few days later, I was told that the compressor wasn't engaging at all. A complete waste of money.

Scammers, my car had a faulty start up that was noticably getting worse, booked a slot for a couple days ahead of the call, send the car in the morning and left it with them, spent the whole day in town waiting for them to finish, they rang me about 4pm saying they're just starting to work on it then ring me about half an hour later saying they dont have a clue ahats going on but "checked the engine" i asked if they checked the battery, alternator, the connections, starter motor and they we're talking like they never thought of that ????said they replaced 2 spark plugs an that might be the issue (when you flood the engine trying to get the car going, it can do that) and then when i got there at 5pm when they were "done", charged me £130 for "labour" ie scratching their heads and figuring out where the engine is all afternoon and charging me marble coated spark plug prices. Problem still isn't resolved and they just copped me money, bunch of ameture scam artists. Go to college at least before opening up a shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hard but great experienceI used pilot garage for a repair (banging). On first trial, few parts replacement was done but the banging did not disappear. The garage expressed the responsibility and have replaced other parts free.After picking the car, I noticed a small scratch in the bumper and went back to them. They have also admitted responsibility and sent the car for body repair which was completed today.I am happy with their commitment, responsibility, and reputation?s and customer?s care.Denis was really understanding!Thanks

Absolutely terrible. I've been told my suspension will be replaced but that never happened. They charged me for new transmission. They told me I need to pay by cash and when I asked for receipts they said they not giving when paid by cash... Crazy peopleService: Transmission replacement
