“This place has everything. Even a cafe a d that means it has toilet facilities, which are kept fresh and clean.You might go in there for one thing; but you always end up looking at other stuff..especially us women " O that's nice, and that's nice Ooo look at that !! it's beautiful. Then you end up in the store for ages,and if you have children with you they get fed up and need the toilet or you end up.bribing them with a toy or a sweetie. The staff are helpful and pleasant,they don't harass you they wait for you to go to them. If you see 2 members of staff chit chatting do not hesitate to interrupt and ask for help, they are so nice and happy to help you.The only thing I would not buy there is stuff for my dog, I find it more expensive than across the car park (no! not the Bingo?)”

“I have given 5 stars because within reason the staff have done everything right, they can be spoken too and they will sympathise and ask you how you are when you go back or how you got on with whatever problem you have and they will give you advise. I see them daily so maybe its easier for them to remember me. They are a nice bunch and want the best for you if you treat them with respect. They have reminded me about appointments and passed on messages from my support in the NHS. I also find they are good at light hearted fun and can have a giggle with you. The girls are lovely there are 3 main ones, and the responsible pharmacists is good, professional and helpful and even the pharmacists that cover often, like Shak are great, I was telling them how much trouble I was having sleeping and one day I fell asleep missing my second day but got down there half an hour late for my deadline and they were sympathetic because they know I am doing really well and not taking the mickey with lies, so the pharmacist let me take my tablets saving me a night of felling lower than a snakes belly and a horrible journey in again for the next day. I often find Boots staff really decent people.”

“I changed to Baird's after using the same chemist for years. The chemist i had been using never had prescriptions ready when they said, and i mean I'd go back several days after they told me to come back, they missed bits out, they lost bits, and when I went for an individual item , it wouldn't be unusual to stand around for a minimum of 45 mins. ?When i changed to Baird's my expectations weren't high, however so far i feel they have been spot on. Fast, friendly and accurate. Please keep that up ?”
“Good experience and they are way better than the nearby boots. This was my first visit to a Superdrug store and it didn't disappoint me. They have a good collection of everything and the deodorant section was much better than I expected. Just like Tesco Clubcard they also have a Superdrug card and you can use this to get good discounts. If you are a student and have a Studentbeans account then you will get an additional 10% discount too.”

“I went to collect a prescription which it turned out the admin at my doc surgery hadn't sent to the chemist. The assistant could not have been more helpful, even offering to phone the surgery for me (they kept telling me it was sent, until they admitted that it hadn't been lol). She offered me to sit in the consultation room while I waited for them to fax it, and as I was feeling very ill at the time, I really appreciated this gesture. I felt real sense of caring in this local community chemist.”
