It's got plenty of variety, the staff are knowledgeable from what I've experienced and they don't mess around at the tills (while still being friendly.)It can be a busy place, and it's not always the easiest to get around, especially if you are buying bulky items.

As a fishkeeper i go here often, great selection of everything needed for tanks, very clean in-store tanks and great variety of tropical and cold-water fish, all products are great quality and very good prices, also a very wide variety of products, for most pets, and staff are always very friendly, a very good store

I was in dundee shop on 21/12/23 to get guinea pigs for my granddaughters xmas. The woman I asked for help could not have been more unhelpful. She is defo in the wrong job. Never got her name. We went to arbroath and the girl there was amazing.
