Salon closed,never answer the phone,ignore messages, read messages and doesn't reply. My daughters eye lashes have been done multiple time by other members of staff at perfection previously and last 1 month plus. This time different member of staff. They lasted 48 hours. Eventually got a hold of someone in the salon said they would get the manger to call me back. They called back and said we will fix them at a discounted rate of £25 as they are usually £50. Booked in to get highlights done on my hair. Arrived at the correct time to be told another stylist wasn't coming in today and my stylist had taken on all their clients for the day. Ended up being there for near enough 6 hours and didn't get seen until way past my appointment time. Also took my children in to get a cut but my oldest was a bit scared and the stylist just kept acting so annoyed and like she didn't have time for her. She kept saying ''I'm not going to get it cut properly because she wont stay still. She's gonna be all wonky'' and ''She doesn't concentrate very well does she'' which made me feel horrible. Indea is absolutely lovely and professional. The procedures were explained extremely well. She took time and effort, as well as having patience. Being a nurse, I noticed that indea?s aseptic and injection technique was of the highest standards. Love the result and no pain at all.
