Shop was lovely and clean and was given excellent customer service. I did have to raise a concern as there was a man wandering in the changing room looking through doors which was not a nice experience. I did report this but no idea if anything was done about it.

I ordered a crochet cover up dress in 2 different sizes. I got them for click and collect and picked them up this afternoon. Just opened the package to realise they have given the wrong dress. Not just in 1 size but in both. Will now have to return both dresses and hope I can get the dress I actually ordered in time for my holiday. Lots of inconvenience has been made from this situation. Remember the next time you order something from New Look, open the package in store as you may not have the right stuff.

Went in today 11/5/24!! Think the older lady who was working in the changing rooms needs a new job. She was miserable, snappy and made us feel uncomfortable!! Long queue also with only one person serving, won?t rush back

Was served today by Caitlyn, in your Overgate store in Dundee. She is an asset to your company being so helpful. She did ask me to do a survey and scanned a QR code but unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn't complete it
