Was served today by Caitlyn, in your Overgate store in Dundee. She is an asset to your company being so helpful. She did ask me to do a survey and scanned a QR code but unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn't complete it

This is my favourite store and only store in Dundee, the staff are great and I am pretty sure they know me well, they are always so helpful with all things required on shop floor and go beyond their limits and I really appreciate all the hassle they went through for me and mother today! Thanks!

Was passing and saw a belt on a model went into store and they didn't have on rack. Two supervisors went to great lengths to find it for me which was really appreciated. They waited patiently whilst i tried two sizes until i found the right fit. I was impressed.

Usual range of products but store looks a bit messy with clothes here & there thrown about .A good rake to find that special something .Stood for over 5 minutes upstairs behind another customer before the cashier who was blethering to another staff member came over to serve us . She had noticed us standing there & we took it that she would rather we went downstairs to pay , which is why we all didn't!!!
