I have visited the Dundee branch of Nationwide on numerous occasions recently and find staff welcoming, pleasant and efficient. I am also impressed by the efforts made to check that I am not being scammed when transferring money. Delighted that they are open daily while others have limited hours.

After being the victim of an online scam, I had occasion to visit the Dundee branch on 1st and 4th August. I received highly courteous and professional service to help resolve my issue. Special thanks to Carla and Laurynn (hope I got the names correct)

Fantastic customer service all round. Clara was extremely helpful, and understood what we needed help with. Can't fault the customer service at all. Definitely recommend.
