Was booked it for 09:00. I drove to the appointment and got there 10 minutes early. Was told my tyres hadn't turned up yet, so I had to drive back home with tyres, which were close to the legal limit. I'm not quite sure why they lied and said they were ready, but weren't. Seem like a bit of a cowboy company, to be honest. It says they are part of the Halfords group, but it seems like a waste of peoples time. Hopefully, the audit team see this when they look at the customer satisfaction ratings and address the issue. I don't think that making people drive to them for an appointment and then cancelling it when they get there is the best idea. Very poor.

Absolutely excellent service from Broughty Ferry National Tyres. Fitted me into his already busy work schedule resolving both front tyre problems that I had assumed were punctures. No charge for resolving the fault?..definitely a fair trader.

Initially contacted the Strathmartin Rd garage for a tyre quote but, they were too busy to accommodate (fair enough) & then tried the Br'ty ferry garage, only to be £20 'cheaper'. That, I cannot understand.

Had a problem with replacement coil springs for SEAT, dealership had 3 week delay in obtaining part. Dave from Nat Tyres Broughty Ferry, suggested a possible solution and had parts fitted and car back on the road within a week, brilliant service, very helpful, cannot fault.

Bought a car online from Glasgow. Which had a squeak from the wheel. Took it to this Garage. Made an appointment for a few days time. Dave and his team fixed the problem same day. Just charged for one hour labour. Also gave me a bit of info on the car brake's and wishbone. Excellent garage which I have used before.

fitter complained about me having tyre gel on tyres that were getting replaced and very unfriendly and on second visit about 2 years later the manager was very un sociable and seemed he did not want any customers , asked where the locking wheel nut was told him it was sitting on near side tyre, he came back a few minutes later asking where the locking wheel nut was ,will not be back

Turned up at ten just on booked in time, dealt with immediately, they asked to give them 40 mins to an hour so went for a walk round the ferry 45 mins went back and the car was sitting waiting for me, what more can I say, that?s good service. Thanks lads

called in early one morning to ask about having a slow puncture repaired. the guy at reception was on his phone but not in conversation yet stared past me without acknowledeing my presence while i waited for his attention. obvioulsy hadn't any concept of customer service. he continued to give me the sour faced silent treatment even though he wasn't in conversation with his phone caller. I went straight to kenway tyres in douglas - no wait , pleasant staff and a smile.
