Booked van in for wheel alignment, arrived and told wouldn't get van on ramps as too big and have to wait a few days for a refund, sensible thing would be to add a block or warning on website avoid ?

Thanks to Mike and the team for a 5 star service.I had a bit of an emergency situation. In short, I hadn't got my car MOT'd on time due to unexpectedly being away for a long period and I also rely on my car for work (healthcare).After explaining the situation to Mike he was kindly able to slot it in at short notice and turned it around same day. The car had a quick test and diagnostic check (due to a faulty sensor) and a few short hours later it had passed, making it legal on the road once again.The team were very professional to deal with and prices very fair. They were also understanding of me being on nightshift so rang with updates as required.I will 100% be back in future.Thanks again.

Booked in online over 7 days prior to appointment here, got a call less than 24hrs before MOT booking to be told no spaces can't be done. Waste of time just asked for a refund which I got no problem so props for that. Wasted valuable time & poor customer service really considering I had already paid in advance for a slot knowing my car's MOT was due to expire.

Brought the car in for new tyres and a wheel alignment as car had been pulling to the left for a long time. After job was done car still pulling to left, but not as bad?.However tyres now completely illegal with balding and cords exposed on inside of front tyres only 4 months later.Clearly wheel alignment was done incorrectly and alignment was actually causing dangerous amount of damageTook it to an independent garage for alignment, steering wheel now straight and no longer pullingAvoid these cowboys at all costs!

Had a puncture repaired here. They were very busy, and did fit me in. Tyre kept going down. Was told the tyre sealer normally used was not ther normal brand.I return again. Tyre still lossing air. Booked an appointment, but cancelled it. I lost confidence in themTook it to Halfords east dock Street. They resealed the tyre, then also found a cut in the tyre. Lent me a pump, ordered new tyre. Fitted next day.

Had a tyre re-sealed here, booked in and was taken on time, very friendly helpful guys who chatted with me while tyre was fixed, very quick, and good price, would highly recommend to anyone top class

very nice friendly service, bought my tyre's from them on line and they fitted them bang on time very very happy with them, even booked my MOT, Fab,Back here for my MOT, booked it in and it was done spot on, couldn't be better ???,just sat for half an hour after booking my car in for a slow puncture, but they were to busy to fix it, it's booked in for Wednesday day, maybe manage to get it done then??? they fixed it as asked ?,been in again and they found the problem and sorted it out on the spot, great service, cheers Mike ?

So happy with the staff... all happy and very helpful... needed a lot of work done to ma wee Ford Kuga.. an old car that I love ... its now on the go for another year... thanks guys... Will definitely return for any other.. hopefully ...small repairs...Cheers Mike and Co... ???
