Staff were so nice and explained everything as it was my first time here the mac was lovely shame dont do adult size portions tho loaded fries were lovely but could have had a bit more chicken in them but food was quick and tasty love how u can get ur own spice mild to spicy not bad price only thing i found wrong was tables are far to close to others which gives no privacy or space when u have anxiety but cnt wait to go bk tho try some other things but staff all lovley go above and beyond for you well done guys as it was mega busy

Pretty standard Nandos experience, the food came a little slower than we're used to, but the servers were pleasant enough and acknowledged this/apologised. Quite a nice decor, nothing too special, good for a casual meal with family or friends.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, prices are already at the upper end for the portion size.
But the food was delicious. You just have to be careful with the sharpness.
Scanning and ordering with the QR code is a bit tedious. But that's the great trend now. Well, whoever likes it

Me and my boyfriend were served by the most amazing staff member today (Thursday 29th,4pm) red top and glasses. He?s probably the best server I?ve met in any restaurant. Such a kind nature and really cared about our experience, I?ve not seen him here before he might be new but he should be rewarded for his outstanding service. (Sorry for not catching his name)

I eat here every week, not once have I received bad food or service at all. Staff are super friendly, food is really nice, reminds me of home (South Africa) will keep going weekly and enjoy Nando's Dundee by the Nethergate, art in the restaurant is beyond awesome, the layout is really something else. LOVE IT!
Dietary restrictions: You are asked if you have any Dietary restrictions or allergies as you are welcomed and seated
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome with hi-chairs available and staff are more than willing to assist you with these.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, thus the ability to enter with a wheelchair is very much possible, has disabled doors with buttons at the entrance.

I do delivery for third party, 8 out of 10 times the food is waiting and they waste 10 minutes waiting for a staff to attend I wouldn't recommend ordering from here I've wasted 30 minutes today shambles service from the staff the foods getting cold good luck telling your customers
