I just wanted to write to you to thank you and your amazing team from Brechin for all the care you provided my mum, especially in her last 6 months when things did get very difficult for all.I know you are already, but I just want to say you should be super proud of your team. Every single carer showed so much compassion, respect, and care for mum whilst also checking in with dad at each visit. Your team was so flexible and always willing to help. I honestly do not know what we would have done without their support. I can wholeheartly say that the Brechin My Care Team where truley 5/5 stars and honeslty so hard working providing outstanding care. Many thanks from a grateful family

20p a mile for fuel , 4.50 per client not an hourly rate, covid rate is advertised at between 9-14 pound per hour. You still get paid per client. Management don't like being told the truth and make life miserable for their workers, you have too buy your uniform and PPE isn't readily available. You have too have business insurance on your car. I was in a car accident and had whiplash - I got told everyone's been in car accidents just get on with it, this was from management. The only way I could get a week off too rest my back was too quit my job. Care workers are amazing and are fabulous too work with but office is a nightmare. The one star is for the lovely care workers.
