If I could five 0 stars I would. Pretty poor business. Sold a car to someone else when I had went through the finance and was coming back a few days later to finalise. Also don't do things by the book, they had changed my finance application from a provisional licence to a full drivers licence just to get past the finance block.

Went to look at cars for sale and asked to buy one and drive it home, was told this wasn't possible as they insisted on checking cars over before allowing them to leave (fair enough). Got the car a few days later.Less than two weeks later the suspension mount snapped. I took the car (an Audi A1) to the local Audi garage and they checked it over and said this should have been detected for certain.After losing all confidence with the garage and having no faith there weren't other issues with the car I told them it would be returned. It was about three weeks after returning the car that the money was finally transferred back - during this time they ignored many requests and behaved very bizarrely.I don't normally leave bad reviews but think it's important people know not to buy from this business without knowing the risks. Based upon my experience, avoid at all costs.* Just to add, the guy from MTS delivered us this car in Aberdeen, I've just got two penalty notices from his drive up (70mph in a 50mph zone, and 87mph in a 70mph zone). Looking back on texts from him to confirm he was driving at the time I saw he claimed to have replaced the suspension arms the day before we got it. Incompetent and untrustworthy.

We bought a car from Jamie, a totally chaotic series of events took place thereafter:1. MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT MOT: he said the car needed an MOT before we took it. My husband and I both heard him, and the person I was on the phone to about the car heard him too. It was driven up to Aberdeen by Jamie a few days later, no new MOT. I texted him and he said he hadn't said he would MOT it, he was only going to service it. I put it down to a miscommunication, his defensive attitude wasn't great though.2. FAULTY CAR: The car then developed a fault with the suspension. The warranty garage said it should have been known upon sale. My husband dealt with this, I got a text from Jamie about it (a polite exchange) and said my husband would email about it because I was travelling.3. RETURNING THE CAR: We had a flight to catch and shuffled about our plans to drop the car back at his garage when we were driving down south. I hired a car and my husband drove the MTS car. (This shouldn't be relevant, but it apparently the hire car was an issue for Jamie!). When we got to his garage it was after hours, but that was the only suitable time. MTS appeared to have no letterbox, I suggested my husband look round the back for one. There wasn't a safe place but the Audi garage right next door had a safe key deposit box so he left them there and emailed both garages to advise.4. V5C CERT: to my knowledge it is the registered keeper's duty to sign over the V5 to the owner. Jamie wanted us to post the empty form to him, my husband initially agreed but I pushed back because he didn't seem trustworthy. I messaged Jamie asking for the details to fill in, he didn't reply to any one of my messages. He called my husband, he didn't answer because he wanted everything in writing and also told Jamie he was really busy and didn't have time for this (travel, house move, kids etc.) Jamie emailed my husband a very rude message, essentially asking if he was mentally unwell because he told him the V5 would be posted, and it wasn't.5. UNPROFESSIONAL/STRANGE BEHAVIOUR: I drove down to Dundee the same day Jamie sent his unprofessional email. I got the V5C sorted, Jamie was very passive aggressive, never once apologised for selling us a faulty car. He played the victim, implied my husband needed help, that we were liars. He also said (very bizarrely) that he checked the CCTV when we dropped off the car, checked the reg of the hire car that I drove down in (!!!) and it wasn't a hire car so we are liars. I accepted it wasn't the best that the keys were left in another garage and he said "I watched you point and tell your husband to leave them in another garage, no wonder he's sending me Dear Deirdre emails about how bad his life is with you blaming him for everything, I'm not being funny but is he ok?". He then demanded I look at the messages he had sent my husband (which I had seen) as evidence that he had contacted us, I asked him to open his text messages to see why he'd ignored me - I was clearly blocked. He shrugged and said he blocks all customers after a sale?!6. REPAYMENT PROBLEMS: He claimed he couldn't return funds on a weekend, despite having clearly checked his bank when I paid for the car on a weekend. He then gave some utter garbage excuse about getting a thumbs up from the boss when I paid for the car that I didn't notice at the time (in the tiny office we were in alone) which was why he could use the bank. He called a boss to confirm and opened the call with "sure I can't access the bank at the weekend? This customer doesn't believe me" The boss was rude and hung up.7. SPEEDING FINES IN OUR NAME: We later received TWO speeding fines for Jamie's drive from Dundee to Aberdeen to deliver the car, 87mph in a 70mph and 70mph in a 50mph zone. He drove a car in our name and left us with a potential 6 points. Perhaps this is why he blocked me, ignorantly assuming I would lose all evidence that he drove the car (I did not, it has b

Cars are not great took one for a spin and it was poor, rear camera didn't work clutch felt done and cleaning product still over everything, came back and said we will keep looking .... I.e at other stock, he said alright cheers n walked away, so we left. Magic experience ?

Visited this garage yesterday to enquire about a car they had advertised and offered finance. Only to be spoken to like dirt by who I assume is the manager and told that no finance company would finance the vehicle given its age and price, however the sign on the car says finance available and also all adverts on Facebook, gumtree and his website say also, complete and utter waste of time due to his false advertising or just lack of interest in us.The manager was so rude to both myself and my partner and practically laughed at us for asking. Would not recommend.

Exellent service from start to finish ,picked my car up here couple of weeks ago ,cars not over priced like i can say for some in dundee ,if anyone is looking for there next car pick up the phone dont hesitate ,i bought mine online with out viewing it as i no they put out a good car,salesman there top job did all paper work and even had my car taxed for me collecting ,will defo be back in the future and will tell my family and friends also ,thanks guys ?

I was looking for advice on ending a finance agreement and downsizing my car so I went in and spoke to Andrew about the best options for me. Really friendly and he gave me good advice regarding the finance and sorted me out with my new car. Really impressed with the service, nothing was a bother to him.
