The main man working there is a lovely bloke, honest about repairs and commitments, down-to-earth and persevering with finding a way. He’s also genuinely knowledgable, has the right tools and you can tell he knows electrics, wiring and technology like the back of his hand and is passionate about it.Every other person working there also provides a very pleasant experience, I see them less frequently. Honestly the good manners alone gets them 60% of the way there already, they’re pleasant to deal with and good communicators.. and this shows even when they’re very overwhelmed (e.g this Christmas).
