I had a great experience at MM Auto services. They took my car in as an emergency repair, went out of their way to get the parts needed from local suppliers late on a Monday afternoon. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, the front office service was polite, friendly and assuring and the work was done quickly and well, all at a reasonable price.If this garage was local to me I wouldn?t hesitate to use it for every service.

I've been using MM autos for a few years now for MOT, services and other work. Murdo and the rest of the staff always make you feel welcome and give 1st class service and communication. Couldn't be happier with the service I've received and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

6 stars service. Murdo and his colleague received us with big smiles. We were over stressed by our motorhome Ducato issues. Overbooked (now I hnow why). Very friendly and great communication. Murdo and the team went over and above to look at my partner's car on the same day mine was in for it's MOT. Result = two very happy drivers, repeat business and lots of recommendations for sure! Take note other car garages, that's how it's done.

** Happy returning customer alert **So today my car went in for a major service & M.O.T.When dropping off my keys I was greeted by my first name (good customer relations for knowing the customer) and we discussed a final summary of the work to be completed on the car; so that all parties knew exactly what was happening. The front reception staff, Daniella and Gemma, are both always friendly on the phone and in person.The work was completed within a timely manner and when I returned to collect my vehicle, the M.O.T. pass was excellent with only one 'silly' advisory which they sorted no bother at all. I regard this as purely honest and excellent service, without needing to 'find any problems to make extra money' - as I've previously had from other garages.This is the second time that I have been to MM Auto Services Ltd for this type of work. I can easily say that they work far more honestly and with great quality than with previous places I have been to with this current car based on my experiences.I will be back again next year for the same again, or [of course] sooner if there are any repairs to be dealt with.Service: Oil change

Wow!! In times when people tend to take good service for granted, MM Autoservices in Dundee have have proven that whenever you are in a tight spot they are still there for you to really help you out and not just take your money like others garages in the Dundee area i've been in contact with.Being a visitor from Holland and using my own car, the alternatorpully collapsed and it needed a new alternator. All the other garages i spoke to just mentioned it was too difficult or impossible regarding my car reg. not being in the UK system. MM did not give up there and i'll be forever grateful for it! Because of their purseverance i had my car fixed in less than 24hrs and could get on with my planned journey home.Thanks to Daniella and her colleagues for being the prime example or running a company where service is held in high regard and for proving why Scotland is such a cool country full of helpful people!RegardsRoel de Bijl

It can be difficult to come by a reliable, trustworthy garage but this is definitely one of them. Staff are friendly and happy to work with you to sort out any issues. Great experience with them.
