Lovely pharmacy but customer service is just a little off. At times staff seem oblivious to waiting customers and unsure if a prescription is with them or not which is surprising in this computerised age.

The worst pharmacy in the Dundee/Broughty Ferry area..unhelpful.disorganized and even when they say prescriptions are ready or will take 5mins. to check, you will still have a 20/30 min. wait..this has happened each and every time I've had to go there..I WILL NOT BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN..!!!!! W.H.

I?ve been with this chemist for over 2 and a half years. Place is rarely busy and they?re very active on their phone line which is extremely useful. Like any chemist, they do make mistakes with prescriptions but they?re usually happy to sort it out with a quick visit. I?ve ran out of medication early before and they?ve provided me with an emergency supply several times. Their employees are very approachable, you usually walk out feeling better. Employee turnover rate seems high and I?m always seeing new people working there, assuming that?s because it?s a very demanding job - you?ll never see anyone doing nothing. I?ve spoken to the pharmacist there once and she too was easy going and helpful

I want to say l a MASSIVE thanks to pharmacy stuff, for being SO understanding. I have never had any better experience elsewhere in pharmacy! If you need an immediate medical help, highly recommend!!I wish I could know the girls name to say a big thanks for arranging appointment with a doctor straight away! :))

Bar one or two, have the most useless staff. So unhelpful & such bad customer service.. went in last night to collect an ?urgent? prescription, woman who served me said she?d look, didn?t look through anything just had a wander round & told me it wasn?t there. Surgery phoned them and it magically appeared. No urgency in anyone.

All ways getting my pills wrong and allways waiting for ages and when u tell them about meds they don't lising to you and had staff run put after me because their the old company was better sighbs taking over
