Not the best McDonalds at all. Busy, got given a spicy chicken crispy instead of a plain one. Too spu y for me. Soggy chips, poor parking, very congested. Needs to be improved!

They were busy we went through the drive thru to be told to wait which took quite a while when the food got to us the chip were cold and the burger just warm worst meal I've ever had at a mcdonals

When ordering through deliveroo..... twice orders missing items and different drinks supplied.. As the 'sealed' package arrived with a label of the correct order.....the contents, however, didn't match as per the label..... surely better staff training would hopefully rectify this seemingly common reoccurring issue..

My order is usually 4 double cheeseburgers, simple. But at the drive through I always have to pull through and wait in the car park. I do order online in advance.
I did receive the wrong order more than once too.

This the worst mcdonalds in glasgow..... they never get an order right and very rarely do they even give you a full order. Every time I'm there if it's not my meal that's been messed up there is someone else complaining

Ordered my food and had to wait 25 mins for a small £5 meal deal for it to be cold. I parked up and waited for this food and there was no space to park so had to park behind 2 cars then an employee came over with a nasty face and attitude and rudely asked me to move, I understand it can be busy but at least make an effort. Especially when the food is cold. Jeez

Staff standing about yapping while your food sits going cold while waiting to be presented at the counter. You don't expect piping hot chips at any McDonald's, but you definitely won't get them here. The daytime manageress (speaks with a foreign accent, possibly Spanish or South American...) sets the scene by blethering to all and sundry on the public side, instead of chasing up the kitchen and serving staff to do their jobs. The one exception is a little fella, a bit older, who does his level best to help people, but he's fighting a losing battle to counteract the apathy of his colleagues. I'll be giving this particular McDonald's a miss from now on.

Place is definitely one McDonald's to stay away from. Worst service waited 25 mins after paying at widow. Food came like a dogs dinner fries were like none existent half full juice cups supported to be large this is not the first time having a dogs dinner for a stupidly priced meal. Won't be back that's for sure rather wipe my butt with my money zero stars for this rip off joint. Only saying what everyone else thinks of this place would definitely recommend staying clear of this Mcdonalds
