What an exceptionally kind, helpful member of staff there was assisting at the self-service tills today.I don't want to name the lady for her privacy but wanted to pass on how lucky I think Matalan is to have her. She was so patient with myself and lots of others, while remaining efficient in what was a very busy, stressful environment. ?

I used to be able to go to Matalan and find something that I liked, but now I find it a struggle. It's seems to be a hit or a miss now. Some of their sportswear is nice and are made from lovely material.

Was disappointed that they don't stock larger trousers for men you have to order online, what if you couldn't or don't have the facility to do that !!!!
