Came in a few weeks ago, and a lovely member of staff Jessica served me on till. We had a good conversation and she made the shopping experience better by simply asking how my day was. 10/10 glad to see good staff.

Visited the cafe today. Seemed a bit disorganised! We ordered decaf coffees and was told after the 1st coffee was made that there was no decaf available. We decided to stay and have regular coffees - I wish we hadn?t bothered - it was lukewarm and very weak. Will think twice about going again

My husband and I visited the new marks and Spencer on Saturday and found it to be an amazing store ....bit cramped and having to wait to be seated in cafe not what you say disabled or walking problems friendly but good top notch , we also visited menswear and husband got black trousers for work really nice on and favourable price.we both went to good hall purchased few bits fish pie with creamy mash omg beyond tasty some fruit veg too ....must say definitely will be back but few of the £10 boxes of biscuits love the designs on them plus the customer service at tills outstanding.Black girl served us sorry forgot her name was attentive polite and friendly brilliant brilliant store ...may I say though for pple like me who cannot walk far without having seat maybe an extra seat outside or a few in and around store would be helpful.Dundee Gallagher Retail park WELL DONE ?

Today I went to shopping M&S in Gallagher retail park, the experience was too bad in food section counter two people (Lady and Man) They were not nice and acted like we were annoying to them. I took two visitors from another country. I was so worried about that. There customers service is too bad. Never come to this store again.

I went to the café with my partner, who is 7 months pregnant.
She went to sit down as she was tired.
While I waited in the queue to order food, a member of staff approached me and said my partner couldn't sit down until we had ordered.
I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life.
Got the impression that your not allowed to pick a table until you have waited in the queue and got your food to then realise there are no seats left. Seating area is clearly too small.
We won?t be coming back.

For some stupid reason the cafe does not give you a tray until you get all the way to the counter. This resulted in me having to wait in a 10 minute queue with 2 hot rolls burning my hands and this situation is not acceptable. I won't be returning and advise anyone picking up hot food or a lot of food to take an empty basket from the foodhall to use in the cafe to stop burning hands and having to play a 'see how much you can carry in your hands' game. It's as if they are trying to discourage you from buying a lot of food or any hot food! There WILL be an accident or a serious burn soon.
No trays.
No return custom.

A good food retail shop. But everything is a bit pricey compared to Tesco or Lidl.

i'm a regular customer at this great store and they all know me. sadly i was was approached by a member of staff tonight on leaving the store who challenged me about not paying, all good as i know it's difficult the job is. so i asked the member of staff to go with me where i paid and their colleague confirmed i'd paid. it's fine but i won't visit this store again and it breaks my heart. regards James

Usually I would use the seagate store but on this occasion I popped into the store at the Gallagher retail park.I took back a bag for life(the Peppa pig ones)as it had broken at the handles due to a fault in the stitching. I explained to the stand in manager Amy that this had happened whilst on my way home on my mobility scooter and clearly this was a fault in the bag handle as I showed her the broken stitching. The response I got was uncalled for and extremely distressing. Firstly I was told that they type of bags were not replaceable it was there other bags as this was not called a bag for life just a reusable one(same thing in my opinion. Then because I questioned it further she asked me to leave the store. To say I was embarrassed and distressed is an understatement as by this time all customers were observing. She clearly was using her position to intimidate me in front of her other staff members and I left the store in tears.I made a formal complaint to head office and I left them to deal with the matter however they proceeded to blame myself after they were told from Jade(the actual store manager)that it was me who acted in an aggressive manner. I requested the cctv footage that proved this was not the case and even after they observed the footage they backed there staff and banned me from the store.I have clear evidence that I have now had to send to a solicitor that I as a disabled customer was treated despicable on there premises from there staff.Avoid this shop at all cost.

Excellent Simply Food outlet, with a better selection of food than the Murraygate store, plus a sizeable cafe upstairs serving M&S food and drinks.Lift available for those less able to tackle the stairs.Tills downstairs are a mix of staffed and self-service.Friendly, efficient, helpful staff throughout. You can collect online orders here.Free parking for 2 hours outside, but make sure to get a ticket from the machine to show your arrival time or you'll get a fine.
