Not the easiest transactions it took MBE over 2 weeks to put two small items in a jiffy bag and send to me. I've never had this problem with Mailboxes in other locations.

Call this a professional packaging service. They can?t and don?t parcel the goods properly extremely amateur wrapping by a 4 year old and then the item arrived completely smashed and they wonder why. The customer service is no better than the 4 year old who must package and deal with the customer service deptartment. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE. THEY CAN NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO PUT A CLAIM IN WITH PARCEL FORCE AS THEY KNOW IT IS THEIR PACKAGING AT FAULT.

After being let down by three different delivery companies, MBE took on an urgent parcel for me and managed to get it to where it needed to be, when it needed to be there.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this printing shop. The staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. When I needed assistance with resizing a photo, he insisted I do it myself on the computer. Meanwhile, two other customers walked in, and he promptly got up to assist them, even printing their documents for them. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. Would not recommend this place for anyone seeking helpful and customer-friendly service.

We had four paintings with a huge sentimental value, that we needed to ship from the UK to the USA. We were referred to MBE and met with Grant, who after us sharing the details, suggested a custom crate with priority shipping. After numerous issues with Fedex, the paintings arrived in Texas. During transit, Fedex had managed to crack the entire front of the crate (despite it being covered in Fragile signs), and I thought for sure there would be damage. Thankfully, Grant and team had done a fantastic job of lining the interior with polystyrene, with the paintings also individually wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. They all made it intact! Would highly recommend the MBE team in Dundee!
