Extremely disappointed with the service at this printing shop. The staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. When I needed assistance with resizing a photo, he insisted I do it myself on the computer. Meanwhile, two other customers walked in, and he promptly got up to assist them, even printing their documents for them. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. Would not recommend this place for anyone seeking helpful and customer-friendly service.

We had four paintings with a huge sentimental value, that we needed to ship from the UK to the USA. We were referred to MBE and met with Grant, who after us sharing the details, suggested a custom crate with priority shipping. After numerous issues with Fedex, the paintings arrived in Texas. During transit, Fedex had managed to crack the entire front of the crate (despite it being covered in Fragile signs), and I thought for sure there would be damage. Thankfully, Grant and team had done a fantastic job of lining the interior with polystyrene, with the paintings also individually wrapped in paper and bubble wrap. They all made it intact! Would highly recommend the MBE team in Dundee!

I have entrusted MBE Dundee time and time again for their expertise in shipping large and/or important parcels to the USA and within the UK. The professionals there have an extensive knowledge of which couriers are the best to use in every scenario, and do a brilliant job in making sure that waybills and customs declarations are correct. They are also nice people! I highly recommend their offices located in both Dundee and St Andrews.

We used this place to print labels to return packages great wee place and they were so kind to send my brother his usb memory stick back to our home address which was so nice of them to do, since he absent mindedly forgot to take it . Also there is parking outside which was a must for me with limited mobility. Highly recommend this business for any of your parcel or packaging needs.

This is a great place. They are really friendly and helpful and they can arrange posting anywhere of parcels, letters and also have postboxes.They also go above and beyond what's expected. Will definitely use again and they can print labels on site too

Bought an item in an antique auction in Perthshire. Mailboxes etc collected and packaged the goods and arranged shipment to Milton Keynes. The packaging of these delicate items was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

I had a very personal and specific project- an album of memories and photographs for my elderly mother. Kris was amazing: re-formatting the text, arranging photographs, printing on high quality paper and binding in a tasteful hard back cover, with silver lettering. He made a nice idea into a work of art. He didn?t have to. He just did. He got involved and made the gift for my mother something truly special. He?s just amazing!
