Absolutely awful customer service from an apparent manager named Alex. Manager was no help when I complained of incompetent staff. She was rude, incredibly sarcastic and disgusting to my elderly gran. Will never shop at this Lidl ever again because of her. She was being angry and aggressive to an old lady. Absolutely disgusting. Just because she hates her job, which was obvious with the attitude she displayed when she seen the long que, it's no excuse.

Great Lidl. Being back the pan au chocolate! Great middle isles. Needs more staff on self service is almost always busy/ self service tills are broken or only take card
