I have trained with Karen a few times now. Every course I?ve done has been very informative, Karen explains everything in depth and is very knowledgeable about each course. I always feel at ease and not rushed with Karen and she is always on hand afterwards to answer any questions.

I did a course in Bow Lamination at Lady Tonic today. I have done lots of courses over the years in my beauty career, but Karen was by far and away the most lovely, kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful trainer that I have come across. Her salon was so clean, and well equipped.
