Good choices but gravy is watery .Plenty parking toilets and drive through also does delivery.

Chicken and chips were really good (much better than the McDonald?s next door.) Service was extremely quick as well. Plus the staff had a great choice in music, probably the best radio selection out of any place I?ve been before as well. Only thing is the regular popcorn chicken was pretty small

Justed waited 30 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant for 4 crappy drumsticks. If I had known I about the wait or lack of resemblance to the menu picture before hand I would have asked for my money back rather than waisting my time. Nandos was right next door.

I absolutely love KFC, but I can?t ignore the fact that while ordering original chicken pieces either on a meal or in buckets, all I receive is drumsticks pieces. Where as it used to be equal numbers of breast pieces and leg pieces before, 10 years ago or so. I am aware that the breast meat is on expensive side. I am worried that KFC is cutting prices on it, as the prices on the menu has actually increased now. I would advise you to name it ORIGINAL DRUMSTICK PIECES instead of original chicken pieces.

My partner and I popped in here last night and what a horrible experience.
The toilets were awful, smelly, floor wet, toilet not flushing, no soap in dispensers, partner said male toilets the same. A sign said the toilets were inspected regularly!
The cafe itself was not clean, tables left dirty and rubbish on floor. We were in at 7pm and it wasn't busy.
The meal itself wasn't good, chips were awful like they had been cooked and had been lying a while , tasted like they had been cooked in old fat.
All the staff were young and obviously not doing very much, think the place needs an older supervisor to make sure the work is done.
Dread to think what the kitchen area is like !
I see the same complaints posted from reviews three months ago, obviously nothing has changed.
I think it's about time you cleaned up your act.
I will not be back, felt nauseated all evening, all in all a very unpleasant experience

The place wasn't very clean with dirty tables and dirty floors even though at my time being there there was only another 2 tables being used and nobody ordering.
As a chef I would expect cleanliness through out the restaurant with no dirty tables and clean floors.
I had my usual meal a zinger burger was mediocre and only warm.
I ordered it WITHOUT mayonnaise and I got it with a load of mayonnaise on it.
I had it replaced without mayonnaise and I think they may have kept it behind the counter to cool off as again it was warm.
As a diabetic I need too eat so I just had to eat it the way it was.
The chips well what can I say about these. I can only say this- worse than the burger. Cold chips that flopped about like one of those blow up men things at car dealers.
I hag a large coke which was ok but certainly not large more medium as it wasn't fill to the top.
As for the rest of the meal I didn't bother with them because by that time I was really not feeling it.
