Manger in the yard was a disgrace. The way he spoke to his staff in front of customers was shocking. Clearly a jobs worth and a bully.

Good branch, good guys working there very helpful. Dont think the changes will be for the good, always got material quickly in the past, looks like long lead in times in the future!

Range of items at a good price is excellent as is the customer service at the desk, unfortunately that's where the positives end, the guys in the yard who load the items, are both rude and damn ignorant! Seriously if you dislike helping people that much? Consider a career change.....
