Went here today and got some piercings. The shop staff were too tier! Exceptionally friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were such lovely ladies. Yvonne was wonderful. Made the experience so easy and pain free. She was warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this fantastic place. Thank you to you all. Aisha

I went to Karma on the 3rd of February and purchased a beautiful hoop for my conch piercing and the Lady who helped choose the right one was really lovely and helpful.Last night whilst I was cleaning my conch the ball part of the earring fell off and the back part was still there and there was no way I could screw it back in by myself as the ball is so tiny so I decided to go to the shop to get it replaced with the one I bought previously. The staff were very friendly and I was immediately seen by an older woman than the younger lassies that were there on that Saturday before.I didn?t get her name but she was really friendly but shut the door on my mother?s face so I was a bit apprehensive as my mother wasn?t there with me.My conch piercing hadn?t been changed since it was pierced 4.5 months prior and it was still very sensitive and a bit sore. She was making small talk whilst cleaning it and she literally scraped the inside of my ear and was being very rough with the cleaning process. Luckily the hoop was really quick to insert as I was in quite a lot of discomfort & pain. She was still really friendly but the experience of getting it changed was really awful.When I exited the shop my mother commented on how red my ear was and it was quite painful afterwards. When I got home I looked in the mirror and saw scratch marks inside my ear. This was not the experience I was expecting from just a change around of piercings! Still feeling quite sore.

I had my nose pierced here over a year ago, and honestly it was fine and didn't hurt like I worried. It was also quite fast.. but the piercing kept falling out and closed up over night so I had to get it repierced in October just past and they asked me to choose jewellery and let me buy a bar that was too thick for my piercing (without telling me) and then couldn't fit it through. One of the girls was literally sat trying to force this thick bar through my nose and I was bleeding a lot, and it hurt like hell. She tried this for 10 mins straight and I continued to tell her it hurt but she didn't stop. Eventually (who I assume was the actual piercer lady) came through and cleaned me up, put numbing cream on and asked me to come back in 30 mins. She did manage to repierce my nose and fit the new jewellery through which I appreciated but I'm still in disbelief from what happened prior. On top of this, I tend to get bumps often around my piercing which didn't happen before, and I feel like it doesn't seem to be healing much at all (albeit, I'm not a professional so I don't know how long on average it will take)

I had my daith pierced this morning. I'm not going to lie I was a bit nervous. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. She got me to fill in paperwork and explained everything about aftercare. I had numbing cream applied and had to come back in 45 mins. The piercing was done by Yvonne. She was fantastic; very friendly, easy to chat to. She put me at ease. The whole process was carried out with care in a safe manner. The price included numbing cream, a piece of jewellery, piercing and an aftercare solution. I can also go back for a free changeover which is great. Overall, I had a great experience and I'll be very happy to choose Karma again.

Absolutely great store! I was there almost 3 weeks ago to get my piercing, Yvonne was just super nice and great to talk to! Because I have to go back to another country, we changed it before I left. Unfortunately, it probably got infected, but she is available 24/7, because whenever I have questions I get an answer the next morning at the latest and that's just really good!Thanks to the great team there :)

Excellent staff and service.Got my nose pierced today.Given numbing cream beforehand.Manager kindly gave me a beautiful silver ring with a feather when I told her I had lost my lovely sister in August. Won't forget her kindness and can't wait to go back and give her my custom. Xx

Brought my wee boy here to get his ear pierced, he didn?t even cry and my daughter wanted her belly button pierced, I was totally shocked because my daughter is scared of things like this, she said she didn?t feel a thing the lady spoke to her about day to day stuff distracting her made her feel relaxed and comfortable?. was defo worth the drive from Glasgow and we will be back in the future!

Wow Karma !! What an awful dreadful humiliating experience. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, But EXCELLENT ABUSE. Took back faulty jewellery and was not offered a replacement, repair or any refund. Did not even look at my receipt of purchase. I was told I broke my own jewellery and she didn't want to know or care about anything else.The manageress, locks you in the shop and then argues and antagonises you, so that she can accuse you of abuse. Shocking experience !Please note

I got both nipples pierced on Thursday by Yvonne. I was sooo nervous about the pain, but the pain was honestly a 1/10. Yvonne was lovely and reassuring and they look great

I went to visit a friend in Dundee and found this shop. I wanted to change my silver nose stud for a gold nose stud. I went home with the gold stud and realised I couldn?t fit it in myself. So I went back to the shop, and it turned out my piercing hole was getting closed up, so I had to get my nose pierced again to fit it in. The owner who did the piercing was absolutely amazing and friendly. And she did it for free for me. I loved the staff as well, the were very patient with me and my friends. They use numbing creams as well, which I didn?t have the option for when I got my nose pierced somewhere else. I recommend 100%. Especially if you?re new to piercing and don?t want any pain.
