Utterly useless. Bought a shirt online for same day luck up. Turns out they had it in the shop the whole time, hiding like a shy woodland creature. Then they made me stand there for 30 minutes while they rang head office and conducted what I can only assume was a dramatic reading of the returns policy before letting me pay for it again.

The shop ruined my holiday then ruined my Christmas. I ordered pair trainers on line and were to be dropped at this store 2 days before my holidays when they weren't there I called them and was told we cancelled your order we refund you in 14days after holiday had to borrow money to get trainers then my girlfriend bought me trainers on the 23rd of Dec fir xmas opened them up on 25th and the had fag burn in them took them bck and it's a you problem I will never shop her again staff really cheeky

Good place to find a variety of snickers and trainers. They have more varieties in shoes than clothes. Their prices are not bad, especially for shoes. The prices for some of their clothes can be better.
Overall, it's a good place to shop.

Grandson got jacket as a gift went to shop to exchange for the size up was told could not get refunded until 29th January ended up buying size up at the cost of £100 so now have to go back on 29th for refund on original jacket staff on till very rude and unhelpful will not be shopping here ever again how dare they keep my money

Went to exchange a pair of shoes that were ordered too small. Female manager was very rude and refused to take them back as they apparently weren?t in their original condition even though they were only tried on in my bedroom. There was the tiniest mark on the sole, and she started saying I don?t know you could?ve worn them outside which I did not.
Very unhelpful, very rude, will not be shopping in that store again.
