Wudnt return.my booking was not on the system despite me having a screenshot confirmation.I booked this appointment 4weeks in advance.they said they could fit me in 2hours later,but I cudnt wait that long then a further hour for the treatment.4weeks in advance

Took 45 minutes to soak-off normal gel on fingers alone! Original gel applied by a reputable salon that I frequently go to and takes less than half of that time to soak-off. French white tips were not applied to cover natural white tips in full and were also uneven so within a few days of growth they will look like they need re-done. I re-shaped my finger nails and cut missed excess cuticle skin whilst getting my toes done. Gel toes were fine, foot bath/scrub was ok. I should have read the reviews more carefully prior to appt as the majority of them mention massages and not nails. Polite staff and nice enough salon but most expensive nail appointment I?ve ever had. I do not mind paying high prices for excellent results but here was not worth the money and I will not re-book.
