Extremely rude pharmacist who laughed in my face when I complained in store about antisocial behaviour both on and off their premises including their customers carrying weapons. Have wrote multiple complaints and they?ve not responded to a single one. Their team watched as their customers made threats of violence today towards members of the public and did not call the police. Very unsafe and inconsiderate team. They also breached GDPR and informed 2 dangerous service users about confidential details about my complaints to the pharmacy. Absolute disgrace.

Used to be a great chemist... and didn't have any problems with old staff.. but there's 1 very rude girl.. that talks down to you on the fone like she a pharmacist.. she obviously hates her job as she has no time for patients.. I will be changing my chemist this week coming... I always spoke very highly of Houston s... but it's shocking with this 1 member of staff .. who thinks making you feel uncomfortable. Is exceptible

Use to be extremely helpful and friendly staff/pharmacist. I was told by a member of staff to return to the pharmacy after 2 days for a emergency medication to last until my medication was ready after 7 days however this was denied (told incorrect information) I was told to go to my doctors for a prescription which takes 48hrs as this needs to be signed by a doctor. Extremely Unprofessional, customer service is very is poor, staff are rude and leave people without medication. Wouldn?t recommend this pharmacy

Stopped by houston pharmacy to pick up a prescription this afternoon, asked the pharmicist a quick question (a young dark haired young lady), she couldnt have been more helpful, explained what i needed to know, she was friendly helpful and put my mind at ease.thank you again.

Used to be a friendly,cheerful pharmacy. Judy is lovely ,but the staff I dealt with today we're rude,condescending, unprofessional and obnoxious. Won't be back, which will no doubt please them because they seem to dislike customers bothering them.Absolutely no need for their poor attitudes.I will be making an official complaint about this incident and others

we are being told to go to your local pharmacy to save the GP and hospital services. I tried this at the pharmacy and wasn't listened too. I asked for eye medication to help with a previously diagnosed condition. I told the assistant what I wanted. she asked the pharmacist for something totally different and the pharmacist didn't raise their head and dismissed me.

Needed to buy a very small bottle of hand sanitiser and they wanted £5:00 for it. I declined. The same sized product is sold in Asda and Home Bargains for under £1:00. This is blatant profiteering at a time when the whole world is in utter turmoil. Cannot recommend this business.
