From first contact to a follow up call the whole service was excellent. On my first enquiry, Ailsa sent me very comprehensive information about the products and when finally got there Ailsa and Finlay took all the time needed to chat through features and help us decide. We purchased three new machines and found the price to be competitive and the service second to none. I was keen to use a business with their own installers after poor experiences with a well known department store. The guys wee friendly, efficient and very professional. Overall a great experience .

I was advised to come here to select a complete range of white goods for my new kitchen. The knowledge and advice given by Finlay were fantastic; it would be hard to find someone with better knowledge of a whole range of equipment and manufacturers or anyone more helpful. The prices were very fair, we were kept up to date with delivery times and I am delighted with everything we purchased. Thank you Finlay and Hosies.

Bought a new cooker and had excellent service in the store. The price is dearer than some other shops / stores but includes fitting the appliance and taking away any old appliance and packing. The men who delivered ours were very polite and knowledgeable.

The girls were brilliant in the store. They had loads of information on products and were able to give advice on best energy efficiency and the types of dryers they offer. Delivery and installation included which is ideal. The projected yearly cost of running the machine was a real benefit in deciding between them. Many thanks for a great service.

Chose to try this company because it is local to me. For the very first contact the response from Finlay was immediate and positive. The cooker I selected was ordered and stored for me until I was available to accept delivery.Delivery and removal of old appliance (for recycling) was included in price.The team, Matt and Ali, arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to install the new cooker. I will definitely recommend Hosies and will use them again.First class service.
