There?s no way to leave if you go in for just a look. There?s no excuse for separate entrances and exits now that Covid was five years ago. Especially with long queues which means it?s not always possible to leave by squeezing past someone or saying excuse me to someone. Then there is the lack of people at the till when there are big queues. Rude staff too.

honestly doesn?t even deserve 1 star.
went into today to get some bits, staff at till was so unbelievably rude it was a complete joke. staff were arguing with each other infront of me at till over chicken sticks i tried to buy (there was no label) then got shouted at by a member of staff as she said i was trying to buy something illegally because it had no label. i?m sorry but if i cannot buy something that is on a shelf what is the point? i said to just leave it and i?ll pay for the rest of my shopping and she was still giving attitude. couldn?t catch a name but was an older woman who was waddling about like she owned the place. very unprofessional.

Scott (I think was his name) in the Garden Centre on Monday 19th May, was really helpful. Checking up for me which plants were dog friendly and showing me the best way to carry my plants to the checkout. Also a good range of healthy plants

We love home bargains but lochee restaurant needs to pick up for all customers, I went in today and there was nothing for a vegetarian again ,when I asked for cheese toastie i was told we only have ham and cheese, i asked if they had anything else for a vegetarian she said i could make you some toast.now for all the changes in this world surely we can get a piece of cheese?? I will still be a good customer to home bargains but won't be using the restaurant again which is well catered for meat eaters.a bit disappointed.

Cafe is great ,but went in for a latte today only to discover my cup was half full.
When I asked to have it filled up ....they filled it with hot water from kettle !
