Lovely shop to have a browse in. Friendly and helpful staff.

Strange experience in this shop. When I went in, I was followed around the shop by a young strange girl with a funny accent who was working at the time. She then went to serve a customer and then returned to standing beside me as I looked at products.

Asked the girl on the counter if they stocked a particular product. Girl dragged herself away from scrolling in her mobile phone long enough to look up the product and say “no”. Didn’t ask what it was for or offer alternative. Useless! And shops wonder why sales are down while customers are driven to the internet... read full comment
