Visited here for an early coffee on a Sunday morning. Only one person working to service a steady stream of customers but she managed okay. Coffee was adequate but no better. There are plenty of places to choose from so I wouldn't rush back.

Blonde woman at 6:25 pm on Saturday, June 1, 2024 has absolutely disgusting customer service skills. She hearted to some guy on the chair across the clock near the washroom (while my mom, sister and I) waited to even be greeted. No eye contact, no hello, no 'we'll be with you in one moment'. I wanted to leave but my sister insisted on staying. I will not be back.

Great cakes, great selection of drinks. Highly recommend. Maybe a little pricey, but id say its worth it. Can also be a bit busy and sometimes its not the easiest to find a table.

Was sadly disappointed today when I was in. Service was slow. Lot of tables with dirty dishes. Food was 'warm' when it arrived.. I have been here before and things were so different. Possibly short staff. But it takes one 'bad' visit and new customers won't come back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not good. Tables to close together.

Coffee and cake was lovely, however the ladies toilet was a disgrace, seat was broken and was very difficult to use, other toilet had no light so was in darkness, let this place down badly.
