I stay in this hotel every week for work, best hotel in Dundee by far from all the others ice stayed in. The staff are so friendly on reception and Alex, Gemma, Stuart and Luke stand out they make me so welcome every week. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable bed. Free breakfast included which is amazing. Well worth the stay for anyone that?s coming to Dundee

Nice hotel, good location, great friendly, professional staff. Will definitely come back and stay here again.Rooms: Very clean and great comfy bed.Walkability: Close to everything walking distance to town centre. Shops right outside.

Great hotel, been staying here for work since November 2023! I travel all over the world, but I must admit this hotel has some of the best staff. They are super friendly and very professional, big shoutout to Gemma, Eilidh, George, Stuart, Leoni, Alex, Luke, Ciaran, Dave and everyone else. Never a problem always a pleasure. Will be sad to leave when the job is finished.

Hi stayed here for my first time yest as the apex where i usually stay was fully booked... when i first went in the downstair bar and restraunt was stunnin so nice and quiet the guy that checked me in was so nice and polite and helpfull.... the room had some mold around windowns and piles of dust under the bed when i dropped something i noticed i hated that the windows dont open as made me feel a bitty stuff and when had a shower the condonsation was really bad didnt think mattress was comfy at all but room was quite clean minus the dust they didnt gve u many milk or tea bags for a hole day and nite stay for 2 people shower was brill on plus side but i found it quite noisy with bangin doors throught nite which made me unsettled al nite with my disorder.. and could here someones toliet flush but had coffee and brekfast today chef was nice and lady cleanin up in hotel was lovley and helpfull food was ok standard bacon was to hard and crunchy... then when i checked the guy today working early this mornin wasnt very welcomeing didnt even ask how my stay was or if it was ok bit poor custmor service from him.... but apart from that its nice decorated in hotel quilt was bit to thin also so was cold and didnt like the fact of the shops at side of hotel at nite were full of people beggin junkies which made me feel uneasy to go out at nite :( and i asked over email for extra tea and milk and didnt get a reply either was a bit anxious to go down or call ad i dont really spk on the phone not hotels fault but still would have been nice for them to reply to me.. x

Everytime I stay at this hotel, me and my kids have a great experience. This is our 4th time staying here. The staff is always wonderful to us and they make sure we get sorted whether it be with taxis, the breakfast area, or the bar. I want to say thank you to Ell for helping me carry my gin and tonic to my room since I couldn't because I walk with a cane.Walkability: 2 blocks from several bus stops. Train station is a quick 5 minute taxi ride.Food & drinks: There are vegan protein options at breakfast. You just have to ask the staff members.

This is a well run hotel. We came for a weekend for the first time to attend the Scottish Ballet Grand Prix Prix. So no real context about location or hotel before our arrival.They have a lovely lounge bar with booths, high tables, couches etc. for everyone?s needs.The room was clean and fresh. Very functional and the house keeping team were totally on top of everything. Amazing thank you!Then the breakfast. We all loved the buffet breakfast and enjoyed it very much. Especially the self-service waffle was surprisingly excellent. I can see why it?s positioned front and centre in the breakfast area! Only improvements would be to add a different egg option, scrambled is ok but would be nice to have the option to have fried eggs and also to have more yogurt options. By the second breakfast you only had salted caramel flavour left which was obviously not very popular?Anyways, overall a great experience and if we have the opportunity to be back in Dundee we would love to stay here again. ??????

Breakfast adequate. Not fantastic. Especially when you cannot find clean cutlery. Also £20 to park. Maybe money ? Hilton make from customers who park and don't buy alcohol at extortionate bar prices. Would I come back yes. On a train or public transport.Rooms: Clean

Stay away from this Hotel, i paid 20.gbp for the parking for 2 nights. There wasnt any space, was directed to parking lot nearby and told that we dont have to pay for parking there. 1 month later i i got charged to my credit card from my car rental for parking violation.Solution from hotel is asking for proof or parking stub, who will keep parking stub ? Since i dont have it they dont give any compnesation.I am a diamond member, even that they dont give any S to resolve it. Genna Duncan the supervisor there is really give 0 help for their front desk ..
