Daughters car had a knocking offside rear,phoned Friday afternoon told to bring it in for look 9am Saturday. Dropped car off just before 9am ,dodgy damper diagnosed said damper replaced and car ready to go at 1230.

Had my first interim service done on my Fiesta 24 August. I paid extra for the Ford parts service so my warranty would not be affected. Halfords also say that they will update the digital service schedule (the only service recorded for the car) they have not done this! After numerous calls to the garage and to Halfords customer services the problem is still not resolved. As at 02 Oct I have now been told that it will be uploaded in 7 -10 days and if it's not to call back. If you require a digital service record for your vehicle DO NOT USE HALFORDS!Well as at the 14th October still no update. I contacted coustomer services on the 11th and was told an area manager would be in touch to rectify this in 72hrs. It has now passed the 72hrs and no word. So the reply from coustomer services below is worth NOTHING! So again if you require a digital record of your service DON'T USE HALFORDS!

Booked a slot in advance, turned up 10 minutes early to be told they had no space for me because a more important vehicle was on the lift.Got fobbed off to another garage out of my way, an hour after I had booked for, that ended up being too busy to take me, even though "my booking had been transferred".Terrible service, asked for my money back and won't be using in the future.

Really happy with the service received from Paul and the team at Ure St in getting my sprinter MOT?d. I was a bit anxious about timing as I had to get the van back in time to travel for a funeral but Paul kept me informed / reassured and the van?s come back perfect and on time. Cheers to the team!

DO NOT GO ON YOUR OWN IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN!!tried to tell me new break callipers are £600 but as soon as my dad phoned they were stuttering and couldn?t figure out themselves why it was that price. when i went to pick my car up i asked for a run down of the price and funnily enough the printer was broken. i then asked for it to get sent to my email and still haven?t received anything. absolute joke if you ask me?

Just want to say a big thank you to Lee and the rest of the team at Halfords, Ure St, Dundee.I was booked in for an MOT today but was a little nervous as I had read some of the bad reviews after I'd booked it!Anyway, I was greeted very warmly, my MOT was completed on time and my car was waiting for me in their car park ready to drive out.Thank you for a fast, friendly and efficient service, I will definitely be using them again, and so should you!

Extremely Disappointed with Halfords Auto Centre DundeeI had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at the Halfords Auto Centre in Dundee. I booked a slot for my car's aircon repair and underbody check, making a prepaid payment of £17.49 to secure the time slot. However, the entire process turned out to be a nightmare.Upon arriving at my prebooked time on Tuesday, the 18th of July, at 11:15 am, the staff's unwelcoming and unfriendly behaviour was disheartening. They showed no concern for parking arrangements, simply dismissing any responsibility for potential parking tickets. This arrogant and unprofessional approach was off-putting from the start.Furthermore, the lack of communication and accountability added to my frustration. After being promised a call within an hour to explain the faults and expenses, I received no update until the following evening. Even then, I had to initiate the call, only to be informed that my car would be checked the next day due to "prioritised jobs." This neglects the purpose of offering available slots on their website and pre-booking services with payment.Subsequent days were no better, as they repeatedly failed to provide any updates, leaving me in the dark regarding my car's status. The constant "10-minute" promises never came to fruition, and it felt like they had little regard for my time or concerns.Ultimately, I decided to take my car back on Friday evening, as their actions (or lack thereof) demonstrated a lack of respect for their customers. They did not bother to apologize or address their poor service.My experience at the Halfords Auto Centre in Dundee was utterly disappointing, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such unprofessional treatment. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using their services, as they failed to deliver on their commitments and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.I have since sought services elsewhere and received the attention and care my car deserved. It is essential for businesses to prioritise their customers and provide transparent and efficient services. I hope that Halfords Auto Centre will learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service to avoid repeating such regrettable experiences in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not use this garage !put my car in for a service and when I collected it noticed they scratched the bonnet , they admitted they caused the scratch by the video they took when I arrived .Told me they would fix the scratch but I?m still waiting on their response 3months later . Called the complaints department and still nothing . What kind of service is that !! So stay clear ,Cowboys !Service: General repairs & maintenance
