Went for a visit to my local Greggs this morning and was not happy whatsoever with the service I was provided. I proceeded to ask for a bacon roll and a sausage roll, they employee then made me aware that they had no hot sausage rolls, I then asked ?would you mind heating one up for me. I was then met with another member of staff that proceeded to tell me ?if you are going home you can heat it up there. What is the point of visiting a place like Greggs having to go home and heat the food up yourself. Might as well ask for an apron and a hourly wage, horrid service will not visit again.

my cousin old gabby V. had problems at this Greggs. they did not meet his daily supply of 46 Mexican chicken baguettes. this made him have a meltdown and run around screaming and crying begging for his mexican chicken baguettes. (hes 14 by the way). overall food is good though.

me wee little cousin old jammy macdonald loves this wee little costa i mean greggs. Poor old jammy- 13 years old (14 in april) and still cant control. His bladder. We have to duck in here constantly to tend to his needs and apparently he comes here with friends at lunch time. Good shop, Good service. Would.

The food I bought wasn't for me, so can't comment on that but the young man who served me today around 15:30 is an absolute credit to you, I didn't get his name, but his kindness made my day.

This greegs in the ferry, Is always busy and I been here 3 times and all the time the food here is cold and rusty. Compared to the other greegs in dundee there is a giant difference to this. Although the staff was respectful, I want to see a diffrence in this greegs.

Visited here twice now as very disappointed after the first visit but rather than review then I?d give it another bash. The first visit, there was a queue out the door and only one staff member working however there was what seemed to be a regional manager with a clipboard looking at the displays and stock, surely you don?t want your customers waiting and use a brain to help your colleague? Once served the offer was minimal and once I got (what I didn?t want, it was cold)
Onto the 2nd visit, 2 staff members this time I asked for a bacon roll and a white tea. No bacon I was told, so I asked for link sausage, no sorry that?s also finished so I asked what there was and was told omelette or bacon! ?Bacon, I thought that was finished???? ?Ah yes so it is but you can have link?. Now I was totally confused and once away with my roll (of surprise) I took a sip of my tea and discovered it was a black coffee! Shocking Greggs

Extremely rude and ignorant staff. Particularly a staff member called Jamie. Won't be back, customer service unbelievably bad.

Terrible experience. There was a small bit of lettuce in the kids sandwich which is very serious. Took it back, and the manager was very rude and said, what do you want me to do? I didn't make it. Soo unprofessional and like- what on Earth ??
