Staff is very rude!

This morning, after a long bus ride, I stopped to buy some coffee, a sandwich, have breakfast and go to the toilet. There was a long queue, I decided to go to the toilet first, and then buy food and drinks. As I was leaving, a woman from the service staff started shouting at the whole cafe, wait, wait and when I stopped, she shouted that they have a toilet only for customers, to which I replied that I would go out and definitely buy something, but she still wouldn't let me use the toilet. I have never had such a terrible and unpleasant attitude to myself as a customer . I buy from you often, but never again.

I love greggs. Always a friendly welcome at my local store at cowgate. They know my drinks order. They are always super helpful

An old lady employee refused to give me tap water. Apparently they ?dont have any?. Very rude unlike all the Scottish places around.

Employee called Ash needs to not make remarks about customers choices when serving them. I asked for a vegan sausage roll and he says "no you need to take the normal one". I don't care if he wants to try play it off as a joke after I challenged him, he's being rude and judgemental about a customer choosing a vegan option.This has happened twice now. He made another remark telling me "no" when I asked for a vegan option, clearly trying to pull the same 'joke'. Don't do that. You're making me feel judged for buying something vegan. You sell vegan options why is he acting like this isn't okay? His remarks are not appropriate and uncalled for.

It's Gregg's, does what it says on the tin. Lovely staff. Sitting in gets very busy at lunchtime.Kid-friendliness: There are toilets.

Popped in for vegan sausage roll and scotch pie and drinks. Short wait for vegan sausage roll. But the man who served us gave us a complimentary one for wait. Good service. Clean loos.
