Been a customer with Govans for several years now after a couple of opticians who were okay but not really that customer focused. Govans beat them all hands down. Friendly, helpful service, all the staff are super nice. And when it really counts they go above and beyond to help, making sure to check and double check if something isn't quite right. You only have one set of eyes folks. Govan's team will help you keep them. Never changing opticians again. They are superb.

Without exception, every single person who works here is very friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, however, it's definitely provided here in abundance. Well done to you all.

If you pay for your glasses you prob be good but if your on any Benefits and entitled to a voucher!?Their attitude changes OBV DISCRIMINATION!!!! blatantly called me a liar tried to make me feel stupid WHEN THEIR THE ONES WHO DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN GOV GUIDELINES/RULES(unlike myself)absolutely ridiculous treatment Totally upset my son and myself so now he doesn't even want to wear his glasses that took 2 weeks ????THEY DONT CARE YOUR CHILD IS IN DANGER DUE TO NOT HAVING GLASSES NO HURRY THO WE'RE ONLY ON BENEFITS AFTER ALL!WONT BE GOING BACK obvand IM DUE AN APOLOGY!! FOR YOUR OWN IGNORANCE!!!!but you know where you can put it

I had an appointment with govan optometrist the lady and gentleman were very kind and very helpful I would recommend family and friends also I am disabled and the lady helped me taking my coat off and making me comfortable

I broke my two pairs of glasses in a space of three days. Both were bought in a different store and regardless of that, they were happy to fix them for me in five minutes. The lady was lovely. Will definitely be back here if I ever need any new glasses or anything related. Thank you! ??

Super great service and lovely staff. Went because I?d lost a screw on my glasses, I went to another optician and they would charge £25 (!!) as it wasn?t their glasses. Went here to ask and was ready to pay a hopefully smaller amount but the lovely girl said she?s so it without charge and even tightened them for me ?? Saved my day!
