Goa Indian Restaurant at Broughty Ferry has a really nice ambience. It can get busy, even on weekdays, so sometimes you might have to wait a bit to finish your meal, but it?s usually worth it. The food is generally very good and reasonably priced. All the staff are humble and welcoming, making you feel comfortable throughout your visit. There?s a charming guy working there who?s from Bangalore ? it?s always nice to see friendly faces like his.
We tried quite a few dishes on our visit. The biryani was fluffy and aromatic, with tender meat and a perfect blend of spices. The soup was rich and flavorful, a great way to start the meal. Anusha really enjoyed the soft, freshly baked rotis that complemented the curries, each with its own unique taste and just the right level of spice. We also had starters like Indian snacks and kebabs, along with warm, buttery naan ? everything was full of flavor and had a nice spicy kick. Definitely a great place for authentic Indian food.

Tucked away but full on a Sunday night. Good service. My green chicken was fine but by the looks of them the sizzling tikkas are probably the thing to go for.
