“Dundee-i would recommend, however, every Saturday morning (we go shopping early) there is rarely anyone on the checkout & usually 2 fabulous ladies running round dealing with issues at self service. This morning was no exception. We decided to fo through self service & had a few issues, we were waiting on assistance and the store manager stopped by and said he'd get someone & disappeared leaving the 2 ladies with sizeable queues and an issue with a till. He told them we were moaning- NO we weren't! The staff are up against it with what seems to be very little support from their manager, instead of disappearing he should have signed on to a checkout and HELPED them! I've no respect for managers who aren't prepared to muck in. we were told today they're removing 2 manned checkouts to make way for more self service checkouts! He had better get used to helping his colleagues because I don't work there so why am I having to scan my own groceries?! store manager-0 his staff-10/10”

“Popped in for a cheeky wee breakfast this morning and there’s a few things you should know . Let’s start with the Staff . Morag (her name means Great or Greatness) provided the highest level of service of I have received in any superstore cafe.
I bought a big breakfast and a latte and was not disappointed. The food was fresh and probably on a par with some of the 5 star restaurants I have visited recently.
The food was so fresh it was melt in the mouth the eggs were cooked perfectly . I am honestly delighted with my time in Dundee west Cafe .
I wish Asda had many more staff like Morag . She is inspirational and made me feel very welcome. As a disabled person that’s something that doesn’t seem to happen often but Morag is the reason I would advise you to visit the cafe in Asda Dundee West .”

“Did a 'click and collect' for the first time. It was a painless experience and I was out of the house for less than fifteen minutes. The guy serving was lovely but a bit overwhelmed with several of us waiting. His mate, who was clearly on a break, mucked in and helped. It was lovely to see and a great way to shop in these crazy times. Thank you.”

“Good petrol station, although have to work on repair consistency, i don't enjoy going around again because the pump in front is out of order and wait on the queue again. But nothing to worry about, mostly all. Pumps are available and the staff are nice enough to get it sorted there and then (as long as you report it for them because if they don't know, it won't get fixed)”
“There’s a good selection of hot and cold meals for on the go here.Easy access in the lorry, or for cars too and then straight back onto the A90 again. I usually drop in here if I feel like a hot drink and to use the rest room quickly and get back on the road again.This service station is easy for fueling up the truck and they have got AdBlue on the pump too for easier filling on the fuel card.”

“Very well stocked Asda can get anything without having too look some shop else and good prices they are very cheap compared to Tesco Morrisons and Sainsbury's only wee thing is the boy working was throwing biscuits on to the shelf and dropping them on the floor”
“You can pay at the Tesco pumps and use a club card which is nice. Tesco fuel isn't bad I always find it's the best from a supermarket gas station but not quite as good as shell and BP.”
