Very polite, reasonable costs, they ordered the bit required next day delivery . Royal Mail were late so they constantly phoned me to apologise and gave me a discount. Excellent customer service .

I had considered buying new from one of the big computer shop chains, but I wanted someone who could explain things clearly and offer after sales help. I was not disappointed. Sure enough, Calum was incredibly helpful, discussing the pros and cons of their reconditioned computers for sale. I opted for an HP one at £299, despite his suggestion that all I needed was one £100 cheaper. I`m really pleased with it, as Calum said it is lighter, fast and not clunky ... perfect for me. It feels as good as new.He then took time to show me how the portals worked, and answered every single question I had in a way that I could understand. I`m a university teacher for communication skills and I recognised that he ticked all the right boxes!I later found that I couldn`t link the computer with my printer, so I went back and he sorted it for me.He`s a great listener, invited questions, and made it seem that he had as much time as I needed. Despite me interrupting his lunch!This is the first review I`ve written in many years, I`m not in the habit, but I was so impressed. I now have a friendly helpful computer service locally.Excellent service, thank you.

Great experience friendly staff. Left MacBook on a Tuesday and was repaired ready to pick up next day. Had a quote of £850 from approved apple dealer in Dundee but theses guys repaired for just £200. Woukd highly recommend

Excellent service. My laptop needed repair at a very awkward time - (Christmas and New year, poor postal service for spare part needed) Callum did all he could to get my laptop up and running and was extremely helpful with problems about logging in for online shopping without the laptop.Thankyou
