Absolute shocking behaviour from a member of your staff clearly got out the wrong side of the bed we got followed around the shop as if we were thief?s spent over £230. This bully of a man is clearly on a power trip needs a new career I suggest in the meat factory as he has a lot of rage. shame the clothes are good but the actions of this man made me feel very intimidated as a young transgender male.

Ordered tracksuit for my sons birthday and they sent two tops returned one of the tops and waited over 3 weeks after returning item for a refund had to go contact them several times for the refund.customer service is awfull will never order anythin from them again absolute awfull

My son purchased with his birthday money a Nike tech Fleece hoodie & joggers from Dundee shop, price tag said £95 for the hoodie but he was charged £110, told they just haven't repriced yet! Disgraceful in eyes, price you pay should be the price advertised, this is the 2nd bad experience with Footasylum, 1st one was online, very bad customer service

Just fine. The customer service was not that great and the assistant lacked knowledge about the products. They have a very less collection of clothing when compared to other giants like SportsDirect and JD which are situated in the same shopping centre. If you are looking for a variety of brands and their products then It's best to avoid this place. Thanks

Good trainer shop and fair prices

Staff were friendly and patient while I tried on about 100 pairs of shoes. Social distancing measures in place and worked well apart from lots of people not wearing masks, no anti bac of hands and standing next to people.
