Absolutely appalled at the service received!!! My niece called the express salon in the Wellgate, Dundee to book her 17 yr old daughter in for an eyebrows wax. She asked if they accepted Apple pay and was told yes. After my great-niece had her eyebrows waxed she went to pay and was told they only accept cash payments! My great-niece does not like carrying cash on her hence why my niece checked first. The assistant totally humiliated her by having her stand beside her in the tiny booth whilst attending to other customers until her father could get down to the shop to pay in cash. One hour 15 minutes she was made to stand beside the assistant!!!! She asked if she could sit on the seat just outside the pop up shop and was told no. I am absolutely disgusted! This is against her human rights! My great-niece was feeling really hot and unwell and was made to feel like a criminal! My niece has a record of the call made re acceptance of Apple pay. I just hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I have booked an acrylic nail extension. Salon used a nail tip for extension which havent been properly trimed as you can see on a picture and wasnt even properly glued on as I have some airbubles. Acrylic havent been nicely buffered either and it give wonky look on my middle nail as you can see as well on a picture. Price is not ideal for a service, place havent been appeling clean just avarage. I appreciate good nail technician and I know that they deserve money for their job, but I wouldnt recomend this place at all and if you have to rather wait and get it down somewhere else, than do so. Avoid at all cost, no worth the money

Excellent service, Shazia very helpful and puts you at ease with her friendly manner, l regularly go to have my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted, my first eyebrow wax . No problem at all and feel very comfortable having them done.. l always look forward to seeing Shazia, a lovely lady.. I had a head massage and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation, a rare gem to be found in the wellgate centre.Service: Waxing
