Awful customer services. Spoke to team leader Danielle Collie who is a very immature individual. Useless just like her team who have learned poor customer service from her. Never will I be an EE customer again.

I love this shop so much! They are always super friendly and always get me the best deal possible despite what other people have mentioned. Management and staff were very knowledgeable on the best phones and the best deals. Saved me a fortune on my broadband too! 10/10 service all round

Absolutely shocking service. Went for a phone on contract and was told it would be cheaper with broadband but also made it specifically clear that if myself and my partner didn?t get the phone we weren?t taking the broadband. Get home to find out jack - who says he?s a manager - from the EE Dundee store in the shopping centre had put the broadband through which in result had led to virgin to cancel our internet with them when we got home that night - spent 3 hours on the phone to virgin to get it fixed. I am now being faced with an £85 charge to return a kit I never once received or never once asked for yet your so called manager put it through despite mine and my partners wishes. Your colleague put the internet through even after being declined for the phone. If I?m charged £85 for not returning a kit I do not have, then I will be taking it further. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from an apparent manager and the bombardment of calls etc is a joke too afterwards. Multiple phone calls trying to sell us the broadband even after I told the person on the phone I did not want new broadband. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled with this and the stress me and my partner have been through making sure our internet wasn?t cancelled after someone you hired can?t do their job right. I will NOT be paying the £85 fee to return something I do not have. Also says online ?opened till 17:30? for dundees store yet when I tried to phone at 17:15, it was apparently shut. This has been dealt with and I?m not being charged for it but just watch for those who are wanting to join. I simply will NEVER EVER go with EE after that.

Went in to Dundee shop to upgrade phone as contract had ran out also I was having issues with callers hearing me recently. So dealt with Chris who sorted me out but also told me that 2 other contracts I have on my account for my kids were both out of contract so he put them both to sim only until they upgrade which is saving them both a small fortune.Also went back and Ryan ? ( store manager ) who did my old phone to new phone transfer10/10 thanks both

Was in here at Xmas eve with my daughter and the young lady couldn't be anymore helpful, she got her a good deal for her price range and she was happy and out the shop in around 20 mins , amazing her attitude was brilliant, and thankfully she made the visit more enjoyable

Call EE explained my problem, woman's says take ur ID to our local branch they'll be able to sorted out.. called local branch explained this is what I need guy said yes come with your ID well sorted out. Went there waited then I was told by a minion they can't do it he went to his regional manager came back said he couldn't do it either, what a waste of my time, (they need to b demoted.) called EE again spoke to a guy he was able to give me the satisfactory email I needed..:((

Went in to EE as i had a problem with my phone, i wasnt sure what the problem was. The store adviser Louis checked my sim and told me it was my handset. He set me up with a new phone, tablet and contract, and also arranged a set-up for a TV package too. He couldnt have been any friendlier or helpfull, answering all my questions, and transfering everything from my old phone to the new one. Absolutly outstanding service, very happy thank you.
